Dr.Kane and Percy are very organized. I’ve never sat in the lobby 10 minutes before Percy calls me back. She’s great!! Dr. Kane is very supportive of my recovery process. Due to the nature of my two Carpal Tunnel surgeries, he understands the necessary time & physical therapy needed for a good recovery. I do not need to request these because he is a step ahead of me. Dr. Downing performed my right thumb tendon transfer in a timely manner from my consultation with him on March 5 2025. My surgery was scheduled for March 17th at Ortho 1 state of the art surgery center. Every staff member was attentive, kind, compassionate and professional. My tendon transfer was a complete success. My post op visits were great Dr. Downing always answered my questions and concerns never made me feel rushed. He explained the process of surgery, follow-up and occupational therapy. My experience with Dr. Pallia was truly a blessing. After being injured at work and having to need surgery. I was very blessed to have Dr. Pallia do my knee surgery. It has been a long road to recovery but I can say that Dr. Pallia is very thorough and cares for his patients. He is not one to sugarcoat anything which I very much appreciated. He cares about the way his patients are feeling and healing throughout the whole process. He wants what his patient wants which is to feel like themselves again. And it’s not just him I also appreciate the staff that works with him. They do a great job and trying to handle any issues that may come up whether a scheduling issues or something else. He has repaired my broken kneecap and is about to fix a torn meniscus. I have no anxiety whatsoever - I know I’m in good hands.
