10/10 would recommend!! Recently had surgery on my right ankle and had second thoughts on how I would recover, rest assured Dr. Kusnezov explained everything with positive reinforcement and was very informative. Dr. Kusnezov’s exceptional work speaks for it self. Very welcoming and comforting environment, excellent all the way around.

Dr. Downing is obviously a knowledgeable and experienced physician. But the office experience is not very organized. I feel Dr. Downing's case load is overwhelming; they seem to overbook patients. During my last visit I waited over 20 minutes in the exam room before I was attended to - not acceptable. Then when Dr. Downing finally came into the room, he was giving the technicians instructions on what to do with the patient in the next room - very confusing and distracting. This environment does not evoke a lot of confidence that I was receiving the appropriate care, nor the other patient.

Over the years and especially these last six months, I have dealt with a great deal of doctors because my husband was very ill before he passed away and not one of them was his kind and it’s informative as Dr. K. I appreciate it so much for being so patient with me answering all my questions his kindness was truly appreciate it by this old lady.

I had a great experience considering I had to have surgery. Before, my finger was in constant pain, but after the healing, the pain is gone. Dr. Downing addressed all my concerns and the staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodating.
